STRENGTH TRAINING FOR TEENS (COURSE)

This course is designed specifically for Teenage Athletes who want to increase their strength, power, muscle development and ultimately athletic performance. Learning how to Squat, Deadlift, Press and Pull are technical skills that require guidance and practice in order to perform them safely and maximise their benefits.

The Coaches:-

The Course will be run by qualified British Weightlifting Coaches Sam Young and Jaz Naylor.

Location of Course:-

The Course will be held at Sam’s training facility – Strong for Life, the only BWL affiliated Weight Lifting Club in the area. Strong for Life, Unit 19G, Lake Enterprise Park, Bergen Way, Sutton Fields, Hull, HU7 0YQ. ( fairly close to the Ennerdale Leisure Centre).

When:-

The weightlifting course will begin on Sunday 9th February 20201 till 2pm and will run at the same time for  6 consecutive weeks.

Cost:- 

The cost of the Course for six hours of in-depth specialist weightlifting technique coaching PLUS a new concise Strength Training Technique Guide is £105 per athlete.

Numbers:-

Minimum 6 (for the Course to be viable).

Maximum 8 (to allow as much personal attention as possible)
